Bank Drafts

Application for the bank draft program must be completed by the member and approved by the Director of Financial Services. The drafts are then electronically deducted from the member's bank account when due. The member is mailed a bill identified as Memorandum Bill Do Not Pay showing the amount deducted from their bank account. Members on Delayed Payment Plan are not eligible for this program.
