Caney Fork Electric Cooperative
We purchase power from the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA).Our lines were first energized June 2nd 1942
to a system of approximately 900 members spread out over 457 miles of line.Today we have 31,808 members
spread out over 3,813 miles of line.We have a total of 81 employees. We serve 85% residential consumers,
15% commercial and industrial consumers, averaging 8.5 consumers per mile of line.
